1: Never join the risky groups regarding Hacking Stuff.
2: Never Click the useless links if you are not pretty sure that its a phishing link or something else that can harm you.
3: Remember ! Facebook Hacking is done only through Phishing, TabNapping, KeyLogger and some other Methods which are somehow relevant to each others. so don't worry about your accounts if you don't log-in to the phishing page.
4: Once your account is hacked can not get back that easily if its Hacked by a good Hacker that's why don't give someone a chance to Hack your account.
5: Your Security is in the Hands of Yours. Be careful about that.
